About Psychological Wellbeing

I am Marian Lupascu, and I'm the founder of Psychological Wellbeing. I hold a degree in Developmental Psychology, a BSc, MSc in Forensic Psychology and a Degree in Counselling. With over eight years in practice, I have supported adults and teens experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, and relational difficulties. 


Often, these challenges are connected to long-standing emotional patterns or identity struggles that have developed over time. Therapy provides space to understand these patterns more clearly and begin reshaping them in ways that feel healthier and more sustainable. 

Psychotherapy and counselling

Therapeutic Approach

My work draws on well-established psychological and therapeutic frameworks. Sessions combine structured, evidence based strategies with deeper exploration of emotional patterns that may have developed over time. 


Therapy is primarily informed by CBT, Developmental psychology and Psychodynamic approaches, helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences shape present difficulties.
