    About Psychological Wellbeing

    About me

    I am Marian Lupascu and I'm the founder of Psychological Wellbeing. I hold a BSc and MSc in Forensic Psychology and a Degree in Counselling. My training is focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy. I have been in practice for over 7 years and i had the privilege of working with  hundreds of clients. Most of the common mental health problems I work with are Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and Personality disorders. In addition, I work extensively with couples and families. I have worked as a therapist within NHS as well as in private practice.
